For children ages 0-4, we provide a nursery where they are read Bible stories, sing songs, and are fed a light snack.

For children in grades K-5, we provide children's church where they are taught a lesson from the Deep Blue curriculum and are fed a light snack.

We are a church that practices Safe Sanctuary and inclusive learning. We go to great lengths to minister effectively to all children.

Keep a look out for our annual summer Vacation Bible School program! It's a fun week full of Bible adventures, songs, and crafts. You don't want to miss it!

Our mission store is located in the In God's Arms (IGA) building and can be reached via our parking lot off Main Street, between Green Dental and Main Street Coffee.

The mission store receives community donations and operates with an entirely volunteer staff. Profits are then used by the Spencer UMC Missions Committee to support numerous ministries both domestic and international and to benefit those in need in our community.

The mission store is open Wednesday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. The phone number there is (812) 829-0986.

Donations are received on Mondays, 7:00-8:30 PM and during regular business hours.

The Mark of Discipleship Food Pantry is located at 159 West Franklin Street in Spencer, right across the parking lot from the church in the red building. All households who are in need, are welcome to receive aid once a month. The Food Pantry is open on Wednesdays, 12:00-4:00 PM, and their phone number is (812) 829-5677.

Pastor Drew and the Care Team are here to represent the love of our church to you! If you or someone you love is facing a health issue, hospitalization, loss, spiritual crisis, or anything else we might help you with, please let us know!

Once a month, a group gets together to create blankets to be given away as prayer shawls. Our church prays over these shawls, and they are given with a certificate to people in our church and community who are in need of comfort. These prayer shawls are a tangible demonstration of the love of Jesus.
